The Brief: To provide a combined work/breakout area, all contained within a former warehouse setting. The works involved a major demolition of the existing interior structures, and a re-fit that included executive cellular offices, open plan office space, warehousing, and break out space.
Hedge Fund Manager - London Bistro

The Brief: To provide a state of the art, “bistro” style, meet and greet area for both staff and visitors. The space had to contain formal and informal meeting rooms, dining areas and servery, with constant financial information streaming from various media networks beamed around the walls from all over the world.
Investment Capital Company - London Auditorium
The Budget: £1.3 million | The Programme: 19 weeks
The Brief: To convert a staff training room into a multi functional, lecture style auditorium. The Delivery - This became a stunning development, a fully networked arena, with tiered seating for 138 people. With a 7 metre wide screen, a full width stage, and cameras and lighting in the ceiling to film lecture participants, this was and is the very best of its type. Full air conditioning and programmable lighting complement the amazing “theatre” style atmosphere, and add to the user’s comfort and enjoyment. We even fitted removable seats in certain parts of the auditorium to enable TV cameras to be temporarily installed and connected directly back to live broadcasting stations, should the occasion warrant it.
Millenium Hotel Group - Cardiff & Dudley
The Budget: £165,000 | The Programme: 7 weeks
The Brief: To totally refurbish both Cardiff and Dudley changing rooms and showers. Both hotels offered access and membership to a gymnasium and spa, which required an up to date changing facility on a par with a private member’s club. Corian counter tops teamed with walnut style joinery, and Amtico flooring complete with eye-catching visual wall displays, made this a visually stimulating and satisfying project to complete.
Santander - Milton Keynes
The Budget: £1.1 million | The Programme: 17 weeks
The Brief: To completely refurbish the staff WC areas over 8 floors in 2 different buildings. Only 2 floors of a 5 storey building could be worked on at any one time as the building was fully occupied. Phasing of the works was critical to the success of the programme, which was completed on time, and on budget.
