CGUK now offer a secure online archiving system which gives the user greater flexibility on how they access and manage their data.

 The new system enables the user to not only recall items, arrange deliveries and collections but gives the flexibility of running various reports including:

• Number of items stored
• Number of items collected - within a specified timeframe
• Number of items delivered - within a specified timeframe
• Who is recalling items and where they are going
• Box / file history
• Destruction history

The user will also have the availability of ordering stationary and viewing invoices.

The system allows for multi users within departtments and has the ability for access controls to be set, making sure that only the right person views the right information.
