Overview
All documents you wish to have archived with us are kept in one of our controlled archive storage environments - from standard warehouse storage for general record retention, fire resistant storage and temperature and humidity controlled storage. You can have piece of mind that your documents are in the right environment.
Loose Storage
We hold in excess of 200,000 linear feet of individually bar-coded files. If your files have a lot of movement then it is cost effective to store them on shelves rather than in boxes. It also reduces the amount of space taken up in your offices when receiving large deliveries. This service is also suitable for odd shaped items, such as document tubes and so on.
Archive Boxes
We are able to provide some of the best archiving boxes on the market that have been specially designed and are constructed of superior quality material. They come in a variety of shapes and sizes to cater for all your special archiving requirements and are priced very competitively.
Boxed Archive Storage
The boxed storage option is suitable for general record retention of documents and data, for example A4 and A3 files. We provide both large and small box sizes to meet your needs and requirements.
Fire Resistant ArchiveStorage
Our fire resistant storage facility is used to keep high value, confidential or sensitive documents extra safe, offering additional protection and giving you peace of mind.
The fire retardant area has been constructed to to meet BS476: part 22, 1987 standard and guarantees an four hours of fire resistance, providing time for detection and prevention methods to become effective.
Magnetic Media Archive Storage
All electronic media is monitored and stored in a temperature controlled environment set at 21c (70F) with a 1 centigrade tolerance level. The storage environment is also humidity controlled to 50% RH with a 5% tolerance level.
This area has increased security with only a select number of staff having authorised access. Control Group can store all types of media, tapes, CD’s or boxes within our temperature and humidity controlled environment.
Our state of the art system ensures fast and accurate retrieval at all times, including disaster recovery and contingency planning.

Control Group provide controlled storage environments nationally. We are based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire and currently operate in:

• Hertfordshire
• Bedfordshire
• Northampton
We are looking to further expand our controlled archive storage environments in and around the region, specifically: in Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Northampton.
