Overview

Control Group provides a variety of secure and practical methods to collect your confidential material that you’d like destroyed. These include sacks with security ties or secure consoles that are both practical and cost effective. We are also able to supply our secure consoles specifically designed to match and blend in with your office environment.

Collection
All collections of documents that are due for destruction or recycling are carried out securely by:

•    Control Group personnel that are fully trained and experienced, CRB vetted and wear company uniforms.
•    Control Group vehicles equipped with extra security and that have a live satellite tracking feed direct to our HQ.

We collect all your confidential records on either a regular or ad hoc basis to enable you to process your office waste quickly, efficiently and in a totally secure environment. We guarantee next day collection, however, we are also able to collect same day when required – so if you have documents that you need destroying quickly, Control Group can help.

All documents we collect from you are identifiable by a bar-code label. This is scanned and a receipt is given to you, starting the process of a complete audit trail. This provides an abundance of management information and includes a certificate of destruction to complete the process.

Bins & Consoles
Control Group can provide a selection of different collection options to suit your destruction needs – from sacks for normal paper documents to securely locked wheelie bins with paper slots for more confidential documents.

Media Collection
Dedicated consoles, clearly labeled for media destruction are provided to you should you request them. Similar to our document destruction services, we provide an unbroken chain of custody for our media service right through from collection to destruction.

Control Group provide document collection services nationally. We are based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire and currently operate in:
