Control Group understands how important secure document destruction is for your business. We provide a free onsite audit of your offices to determine what documents you have to securely destroy and those that you should destroy.

Depending on your business you may also need to keep certain media for a minimum period before it is destroyed and recycled. Using our computer controlled bar-code system Control Group can manage this for you and provide you with a certificate of destruction.

Environment
If you chose not to have your data professionally destroyed and recycled there’s a good chance you could be damaging the environment, either by air pollution as a result of burning or ground pollution in a land fill site.

To ensure minimal impact on the environment Control Group guarantee that all destroyed material is recycled. When documents are shredded they are baled and transported directly to paper mills for recycling. All methods of information storage, not just paper files, are covered by the Data Protection Act 1998.
