Current legislation under the Data Protection Act requires the secure destruction of any data containing personal information. Control Group is able to shred these sensitive documents for you to DIN level 4.
Using the latest shredding technology in a controlled and secure environment, protected by highly sophisticated alarm and surveillance systems, we comply with all document destruction legislation. All you have to do is give us the documents you wish to destroy, and we’ll take care of the rest for you.
After paper documents have been shredded and destroyed, the confidential waste paper is baled and transported directly to paper-mills for pulping and recycling.

Control Group offers a variety of secure and practical methods to collect your confidential material. These include sacks with security ties or secure consoles that are both practical and cost effective. We are also able to supply our secure consoles specifically designed to match and blend in with your office environment

Destruction & Environment Policy
Control Group understands how important secure document destruction is for your business. We provide a free onsite audit of your offices to determine what documents you have to securely destroy and those that you should destroy.

Depending on your business you may also need to keep certain media for a minimum period before it is destroyed and recycled. Using their computer controlled bar-code system Control Group can manage this for you and provide you with a certificate of destruction.
