Interiors - Case Study

The creation of a professional, high quality, working environment to meet the fast growing needs of one of Europe’s largest financial investment managers - in readiness for attracting and recruiting highly sought after financial consultants.

Following consultation and a survey to understand the opportunities and restrictions that the building would impose; we prepared indicative floor plans, budgets and a programme, enabling the client to make informed decisions.

After agreement to go ahead, the area was prepared in readiness for the new build. The new works reflected the strong company image of a modern and professional space, with open and enclosed spaces to cater for the type of work undertaken.

In order to maintain the natural lighting levels of the building the enclosed offices were provided with full glass frontages, giving the client the opportunity to subtly promote the company logo.

Meeting and video conferencing room, storage areas and a tea point were formed, which together with the use of strong intermittent colour, light timber veneers, light walls and controlled lighting provided the optimum environment. 

Solid, aesthetically pleasing, modern furniture, all added to the overall attraction of the working environment.

The client was able to move in on the appointed day and commence business.
