Control Group provide a comprehensive business relocation management service.
The process of relocating a business is more complex than most people realise, due to office relocations being a relatively infrequent event for most organisations, people underestimate the time involved and the actions required.

Control Group will dedicate an experienced relocation project manager and consultant who will be committed to your specific business requirements.

It is their responsibility to oversee all aspects of the relocation from pre-planning through to actual completion of the physical relocation, ensuring the minimum disruption to the daily running of your business.

It is vital that we gain a full understanding of the environments that the business is moving to and from as first steps in the relocation planning process.
We will undertake an initial survey of all areas of the relocation from the start to finish, this allows us to look at in advance and solve any issues that there may be with:

•    Parking (loading & unloading areas)
•    Building access
•    Use of lifts and stairs

Further detailed site visits are carried out to completely understand the logistical requirements of the relocation. The project manager we assign to you will also liaise and coordinate with you and your business so that he or she is fully aware of all your needs and can incorporate them into the relocation.

Relocation Planning
Once all of the information has been collated, a detailed relocation plan can be produced for you, including a timetable of events notifying you and your business of what is happening and when. Details of the relocation are also supplied to local authorities and the police, when relevant, to ensure any / all issues with parking and access are addressed and all laws are complied with.

Crates and / or cages are supplied at a mutually agreeable time prior to the relocation so that your staff have plenty of time to prepare themselves. Whilst providing the high quality, durable crates marked with Control Group’s logo we will also supply relocation labels enabling easy identification and positioning. This all combines to make the relocation a smoother process for you.

Relocation Security
All moves are carried out securely by Control Group staff and vehicles. Our service includes:

•    Uniformed, fully trained and experienced Control Group staff that have been CRB vetted.
•    Control Group vehicles equipped with extra security equipment.
•    Satellite tracking of vehicles with a live feed direct to our HQ.

Completion
The next working day after the relocation has been completed; we perform a post relocation service. This is included within our original quote and is provided to ensure that everything has been completed to satisfaction. We also remove empty crates and resolve any issues that may arise, leaving the you to focus on core business activities for a seamless relocation of the business.
