Control Group is able to undertake many types of business moves, from the relocation of a small office to the major move of a large corporate organisation. Our Business Moves team has the expertise, systems and specialist equipment on hand to efficiently and successfully manage your move from start to finish.
We use our experience to help you oversee and direct each stage of your move. From the dismantling of workstations and safe handling of computer equipment, using specifically designed moving equipment, to workstation re-assembly and placement. Our Relocation Management team leaves nothing to chance.

SME to Large Corporate Organisations
We can accommodate any size of business of move, whether you’re an SME looking to move an individual office or a large corporate organisation looking to relocate your headquarters. Multiple site moves are no problem and Control Group’s project manages and supervisors are accustomed to dealing with these complicated and demanding move types.

We can provide additional help and relocation services to suit the needs of your move.

Secure & Sensitive Areas
Throughout the move all work is carried out by uniformed, experienced and fully trained Control Group staff that have been CRB vetted. Control Group’s vehicles have been fitted with extra security and a live satellite tracking feed to our HQ ensuring full security and tracking of the move.

We operate moves between secure business locations, government buildings and sensitive public sector areas, which includes:

Furniture
All furniture that is included in the move is carefully dismantled as required and protected, then moved and re-assembled in its new location. Control Group creates the right working environment for your organisation and can assist you with interiors and space planning. We meet all applicable laws, guidelines and HSE requirements whilst understanding the need to remain competitive at all times.

We also offer a storage service for excess furniture. Control group bar code each item individually making the locating of items quick and efficient. The bar code process also generates a per item charge, making the cost structure fair and simple for the customer. We believe this provides a storage service second to none.
Documents
Control Group relocations have vast experience in packing, handling and relocating all formats of documents. We will pack all your filing into specially provided containers, keeping them in alpha numeric order regardless of whether it is an individual cabinet or an entire library.
This ensures all documents are left in perfect order and positioned in the right location as they were before. For sensitive, confidential documents and records extra measures are taken guaranteeing total security.

IT & Networks
Control Group’s specialist IT division staff are able to oversee, advise and assist in the movement of all of your businesses IT and network relocation needs, including:

•    Simple Tasks: moving computers, printers, cables etc
•    Complex Moves: server systems, IP addresses and patching terminals to existing or new networks
•    Moving & Reinstalling Structured Cabling Systems

For external moves, all IT equipment is wrapped individually in protective material and transported in secure cages designed especially for IT movement
