CONSTRUCTION & FITOUT 

Control Group has an established interior construction, fit-out and refurbishment department providing new and refurbished interiors for your workplace, office or building. We have a proven track record of carrying out work smoothly, on time and to a high standard. 

Interior Project Management 

Upon approval of design, specification and budget, our interior project management team produce a programme detailing what construction, fit-out, or refurbishment work is going to happen and when. 
 
All interior work is carried out by highly professional, qualified and skilled technicians, each specialising in their own field, whilst a dedicated interior project manager ensures that the whole project is carried out to plan. All Health & Safety Legislation is adhered to prior, during and at completion of the works.

Heraeus Noblelight - Cambridge 

The Budget: £360,000 | The Programme: 8 weeks 
 
The Brief: To provide a combined work/breakout area, all contained within a former warehouse setting. The works involved a major demolition of the existing interior structures, and a re-fit that included executive cellular offices, open plan office space, warehousing, and break out space. 

Design and Specification 

Control Group provide a complete and comprehensive interior design and specification service. The process is an amalgamation of the brief, the situation analysis, future flexibility, the latest legislation and, of course, budget.

Specification & Furniture 

Nothing is left to chance as each element of your interior is described and costed, providing a comprehensive document with no surprises. An outline programme of works is produced to indicate overall timescales. 
 
Identifying the correct furniture for the right situation ensures that the needs are met from both a practical and an aesthetic point of view. 
 
Control Group has an extensive office furniture portfolio that has been carefully selected to meet the needs of differing work-styles, budget, longevity and continuity. This creates the right working and resting environment, whilst meeting all applicable laws, guidelines and HSE requirements. 

Decision 

At the end of the process you will have a vision of your new workspace: how it will look, how long it will take to achieve it and how much it will cost. 

Hedge Fund Manager - London Bistro 

The Budget: £800,000.00 | The Programme: 12 weeks 
 
The Brief: To provide a state of the art, “bistro” style, meet and greet area for both staff and visitors. The space had to contain formal and informal meeting rooms, dining areas and servery, with constant financial information streaming from various media networks beamed around the walls from all over the world. 

Planning and Analysis 

Control Group provide you with a full interior planning and analysis at the start of each project. This gives you an opportunity to consider alternative interior solutions, take onboard new ideas, and overcome situations that may not be working well.

Control Group’s planning & analysis process is designed for any workspace, office, or building interior. Its goal is to help give us a better understanding of your requirements and what you are looking to do. 
 
We will ask you to provide us with a brief and, following this, the detailed planning and analysis process of your workspace interior will begin, including:

High Street Bank - Milton Keynes 

The Budget: £1.1 million | The Programme: 17 weeks 
 
The Brief: To completely refurbish the staff WC areas over 8 floors in 2 different buildings. Only 2 floors of a 5 storey building could be worked on at any one time as the building was fully occupied. Phasing of the works was critical to the success of the programme, which was completed on time, and on budget.
