Stage 1 

 

Our first priority is to understand your needs by arranging for one of our moves managers to visit and undertake an initial survey. It will be their responsibility to oversee all aspects of the relocation, from pre-planning through to completion ensuring minimum disruption to your business. 

 

We will undertake an initial survey of all areas of the relocation from start to finish. This allows us to look at the entire project in advance and solve any issues that there may be with areas such as; Parking, Building access, Use of lifts and stairs and more. 

 

 

Further detailed site visits are carried out to completely understand the logistical requirements of the relocation. The project manager we assign to you will also liaise and coordinate with you and your business so that he or she is fully aware of all your needs and can incorporate them into the relocation. 

Stage 2 

 

We have a strong belief that the planning of the move is vital tot eh execution of it. Therefore once all of the information has been collated, a detailed relocation plan will be produced for you, including a timetable of events notifying you and your business of what is happening and when. Details of the relocation are also supplied to local authorities and the police, when relevant, to ensure any / all issues with parking and access are addressed and all laws are complied with. 

 

 

Crates and / or cages are supplied at a mutually agreeable time prior to the relocation so that your staff have plenty of time to prepare themselves. Whilst providing the high quality, durable crates marked with Control Group’s logo we will also supply relocation labels enabling easy identification and positioning. This all combines to make the relocation a smoother process for you. 

 

We provide detailed Risk Assessments where required and will also supply you with a move guide to your staff. This move guide gives details on how the move will affect them and what they are required to do when packing crates containing their personal affects. 

Stage 3 

 

All the planning is done and now its time to move. Our team of fully trained, uniformed, experienced staff meet onsite and begin the relocation as planned. They are capable of ensuring the items are prepared for safe transportation, whether this is dismantling or wrapping protective material around it if necessary. 

 

 

Once the items are moved, they are securely and safely packed onto one of our secure, branded, tracked fleet of vehicles ready for transportation. With a detailed office plan our team will be able to place all items into their designated space upon delivery. THe operatives are trained to ensure that all activities cause minimal disruption to the office, allowing for a smooth transition of your goods. 

Stage 4 

 

The move is now officially completed. All of those months of planning and budgeting have finally paid off as your office/items have securely been moved from A to B. 

 

The next working day after the relocation has been completed; we can perform a post relocation service. This can be included within our original quote and is provided to ensure that everything has been completed to satisfaction. We also remove empty crates and resolve any issues that may arise, leaving you to focus on core business activities for a seamless relocation of the business.
